"Won't be able to engage in our society"? WTF does that mean?? Are you serious, woman? That's a load of crap! It's still easy to engage in society even W/O Internet. Where do they come up with this crap? And the job thing, maybe she has a point, but it's not like you CAN'T get a job w/o internet. It's just a lil harder. You guys really are overemphasizing the importance of broadband at home. It's NOT a social justice issue. I'm sorry. No matter how much you sugarcoat it.

lol! "I can't do my hw b/c I can't get online" boohoo! Yeah, right. She's in high school and she needs Internet EVERYDAY to do her hw? are you shitting me? Please! I was in hs not long ago, and that wasn't the case. Where the hell do these kids go to school? Really fancy private schools they can barely afford? Well, no wonder you can't afford Internet! How about cutting back on expenses? And dialup is good enough. Wait til you make enough money to afford broadband. Whiners
