Small and especially toy breeds are prone to teeth problems. Once there is tartar you need to have it removed at the vet and after that brush the dog's teeth regularly. Don't you go to vet to ask about Albi's teeth? That liquid is not going to do much... Try not brushing your own teeth and just use mouthwash...
