Jaguar XJ Introduced

Jaguar Cars tonight officially unveiled the all-new XJ car at the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London.
Hosted by Jay Leno, one of the world's best-known chat show hosts and a renowned car enthusiast, the launch of the new Jaguar flagship was attended by an invited audience that included public figures, business leaders, celebrities and media.
Jaguar Cars Managing Director, Mike O'Driscoll, commented: "These are truly exciting times for us at Jaguar. The new XJ is truly beautiful, exhilarating to drive, and with its bold, enlightened approach to design, it meets the challenges of our fast-changing world. It re-imagines the ultimate sporting luxury car."

Absolutely stunning!. If there's a better looking car (excluding exotics) on the market today i have yet to see it. Looks wise it puts the S merc & 7 series in the shade. Rear isn't to everyone's taste but it's not as ugly as some make out. Overall, 80% of the car is beautiful & that's quiet a lot more than most cars.

How peculiar. I have all Trentemøller's stuff, but I've never noticed how amazing this track is! The 'ø' is a Danish letter (Trentemøller and I are Danes) that is equivalent to the "oe" combination.

i think the XK is more stunning but i love the new xj though so ur right it beats all the German and Jap high end sedans but i think the XK is the best looking Jaguar out there today!

Actually the deign of that one reminds me of the original XJ. This is getting the same abuse as the new MINI.

Yes it does look a bit of a mess - the rear windows are really confused, though im sure thats due to lots engineering stuff - the front - wahey! its the c-xf concept! all in all id expect a Chinese company to have produced a bashed together pseudo stylish thing like this! Well when the xf came out everyone said it looked like a lexus - though it seems to have turned out to be pretty good car - but i must say im not proud of this british design!
