@MsSelenano1fan I'm not sure which exercise you're talking about..? A lot of the exercises have modifications that you can find in our "Exercise" library on our website. There you can find more thorough instructions and modifications to make it easier. Let me know if you need more help. -Kelli

@reynaldiplg Hi there. We can't do music for legal ownership reasons. Anyway, this way, you get to pick your own tunes - everyone likes something different. Just go to a free radio like Pandora or Jango or plug into your ipod, whatever you choose, & then you get your own pick in music.
