How do you get the glow around each character. I've been try to figure that out forever. PLEASE let me know.

if ur talking about the glow effect at 14 seconds with naruto all i did was over lay the track videos with different colors used color blind and track motion glow 2d effect and 2dshadow and track motion different 2dglow and 2d shadow:D
i wish i would have known exactly what u were talking about... well i think that's what ur talking about lol
