Ha.Figures. Mine has the features everyone want, yours has all the accesories everyone wants. Whats with all these companies. They never seem to be able to give all the options on one camera. What is up with that? Makes you want to scream. And then when you finally get your whole set-up on tape deck they switch to CD's. What the hell?!?
oh ok, Well the Go PRo Wide is a fixed focal length camera- no zoom. You can not review what you recorded until you hook it up to your computer. The nice thing about it is that they have so many mounts- they have a suction cup mount for your surf board or car- helmet mounts, bike mounts, you name it. GP Wide is really just a basic camera, but fun.
I'm not liking it so much though. The field of view is very narrow since it has a double layer lense. the outside lense is cased in so it holds water on or near the edges of the already llimited field of view. the zoom buttons are in kind of a bad spot. Lots of inadvertent zooming and when you are wanting to zoom in or out its difficult to control the rate of zoom.
It is small and compact, dust-proof, sand-proof, freeze proof, and ofcourse water-proof .
