水の感覚を養うドリルです。肘の位置を変えずに手の平で八の字を描くように進みます。この時に常に水の重さを感じられるように手の平が水を捉え続けるように角度を保ちます­。キックは打ってもいいですが、より手の平の感覚に集中するためにプルブイを挟んで行うとよいでしょう。呼吸は正面で構いません。
