Its been three weeks, the longest amount of time we have gone without getting into trouble for something big, only a small spanking for swearing or disrespecting.
I walked into school and The popular senior girls were infront of my locker, One of them is mattys girlfriend so I thought I would go up and ask her to move, because she would be the nicest.
Jade- uhh, excuse me Misty, but could you guys please move, youre infront of my locker.
Misty- sorry? What? Youre asking me to move?
I nodded
Misty- Im sorry baby girl, but I only move for people who are oh, I dont know good looking, popular. Not a dog.
I looked up at her.
Jade- b.,., but youre matts girlfriend.,.,., I thought you would be nice to me.
Misty laughed.
Misty- youre big brother, he is the most popular boy in school, why else would I be dating him?
Jade- because you like him.
Misty- Im sorry bubby, but your big brother is being used.
She said speaking in a baby voice, smirking and leaning down to my level.
I lifted my hand and brought it straight across her face.
???- Jade!!!
I turned around and matt was standing there, he ran over to misty and hugged her, then kissed her cheek, then her lips, he turned to me with his arms still wrapped around her.
Matt- when we get home, Im telling dad what you did.
Misty- matty, I think we need to break up, youre sister has put me through too much trouble.
Matt looked at her with sad eyes and I looked down as misty walked away, Matt grabbed my arm tight and pulled me to the office.
Jade- matty,.,.,.,
Matt- dont you dare call me matty.
He whispered as he walked up to the counter, dragging me along.
Office Lady- Hello, how can I help you two.
Matt- My sister and I need to call our father, its important.
He said.
The lady nodded.
Office Lady- do you have your own phone? Or do you need to borrow ours?
Matt- I have my own, we need to be alone, in a private room.
She nodded and pointed to a door, matt gave her a quick nod and pulled me along to the room, he shut the door and pushed me to a chair, then got out his phone.
I sat on the chair as tears crept down my face.
Matt- dad, its me.
..
Matt- yeah dad, I am, but I have a problem.
..
Matt- Jade slapped Misty and.,.,., and Misty broke up with me.
He said, the last part in a small whisper, tears were in his eyes as he told dad.
I looked down as matt listened to dad on the other line.
Matt- thanks dad.
He said, then hung up.
Matt- oh good, you already have your bag.
He said, looking down at my bag.
I nodded, looking down.
Tears crept down his face.
Matt- well, you know my locker code, can you please get my bag for me.
He said, wiping his tears and sitting on one of the chairs.
Jade- matt, Im so so sorry.
I whispered.
Matt- just go and get my bag jade, you know,
He said, looking up at me.
Matt- I have never been more disappointed and upset with you in my whole life.
I looked down and walked out, matt stayed in the room.
I grabbed matts bag and walked back to the office, dad and matt were standing in front of the office door. Matt was looking down and dad looked at me, he was disappointed in me too.
I handed matt his bag and he pushed my bag against my chest, I took it and sucked in a deep breath, then followed them to the car.
The car ride home was silent, all I could hear was my heartbeat getting faster as we got closer to home.
When we got home matt got out, he had tears going faster now. He ran into the house, I followed dad slowly, I heard matts door slam upstairs and dad turned around to me, he still had that disappointed look.
Kevin- alright jade, up to my room, lets go.
He started going up the stairs, but I didnt follow, he turned around.
Jade- dad, give me a few seconds.
I said, I ran into the kitchen where I could hear mum and auntie mandy talking.
Jade- mum can you please go and make sure matty is alright, can you tell him Im really sorry, and that he needs to know the full story before he hates me forever.
