i have taken some fotos in germany, cologne and on some pictures i just make a picture of the blue sky and there are also many little dust particles....

@joyousenergy March 1st was the first afternoonI noticed prisms in the sky. I took pictures into the sun. Amazing rainbow like prisms! My life has not been the same since. Japan happened 10 days later!
I live in Denver and I accidentally noticed it outside my bedroom one night. The flood like was on off my balcony and I say it. Like mist, but it was dry and felt nothing on my skin either.
Chemtrail debree?

It's called Smart Dust from chemtrails and can be videotaped best at sunrise and sunset. After the first fully clear sky in months with no spraying (Mon. Feb 28th, 2011), we were hit with with a massive chemtrail campaign starting Tues. March 1st, the day of the Wisconsin Governors address with tens of thousands of people outside the capitol. Trails were going east west across the state from Dubuque to Madison. I saw particles visible in the light March 1st & 2nd. in the afternoon(!)

@tankerenemy Don't forget GEMS too.
I work with PhD MEMS engineers and they are chemical and photon based sensors that have been around for a long time believe it or not. Most of the ones I work with are inertial accelerometers that use piezoelectric (quartz) and are used in Defense however the commercial application is tremendous too. For instants a vehicular roll over can be detected be fore it happens to compensate.

My guess; the aluminum particles from chemtrails, are picking up moisture, because of the high humidity and dew point. Then falling like a mist.
