@Ruger1000fps LOL!

@BADball17 lmao, no gun, going to look at a bucket

you should always carry a 45 pistol too, just in case a bear does attack you, you can shoot yourself. Never carry pepper spray if you don't have salt spray, salt brings out the flavor. Always carry a 43 cal lever action if you think you might run into a bucket.

Hi Jim, I got a kick outta your informative movie. A thing I'd add is this: replace the front sight with a tritium orange sight, and replace the rear ramp sight with a williams peep sight. When in bear country take out the rear aperature and keep it in yer pocket. This gives you a natural quick-sighting gun that is more accurate, using the full length of the barrel. 30 years in Alaska and a lot of bears later, this is my favorite bear setup, and it works.( I haven't become a grizzly turd yet!)

Thanks for the video Mr. Jumbo, Is the 450 bigger than the 45-70 gov?

love ur vids MrJumBow, very informative. but i would like to add...i would also carry a large caliber side arm say 45 acp or bigger, thats because if u get ambushed by a bear and don't or can't swing a rifle into shooting position...a large chunk of lead in the face or head could save ur life. i carry a 444 marlin and my 1911A1 side arm, and like u i say screw the pepper spray for the very same reasons u do (wind direction). i hope one day to make it to montana, but for now its only a dream.
