@Woodizgoodbaseball Be sure if your shoulder is continuously hurting you go to the doctor. Shoulders are tricky. Sometimes they hurt because they're tight, inflamed, or possibly torn. Normally if the pain subsides after a warm-up it's a safe bet that you just have tightness in your shoulder. If this is the case than these exercises can be completed just as seen in the video. Okay so if my shoulder my be a lil hurt but not the seriousness of surgery for rotated cuff should I do these work outs or late it heal or do workout with even less weight?
