The shoulder is the most important part of playing the game of baseball. Pain in the shoulder will limit throwing accuracy and throwing velocity. Pain in the shoulder can also lead to pain during hitting. It is the most important aspect of the game of baseball. Trevor Theismann shows baseball players a very effective sequences of exercises that will help take pain out of the should by increasing blood flow, and the workout also will help prevent injuries by strengthening the rotator cuff.

  • @Woodizgoodbaseball Be sure if your shoulder is continuously hurting you go to the doctor. Shoulders are tricky. Sometimes they hurt because they're tight, inflamed, or possibly torn. Normally if the pain subsides after a warm-up it's a safe bet that you just have tightness in your shoulder. If this is the case than these exercises can be completed just as seen in the video. These exercises will increase blood flow to your shoulder helping you heal faster. I will message you an article.

  • Okay so if my shoulder my be a lil hurt but not the seriousness of surgery for rotated cuff should I do these work outs or late it heal or do workout with even less weight?
