Where to get the plan of this boat and bill of materials?

i was considering getting a kit from the redfish kayak company, i was just curious is it possible to build these outdoors, i do not know if i can find the room inside to build a sea kayak

also has any one heard of this redfish kayak company and if so how is the quality of their kits and boats

my left eye is bigger than my right.. is that a problem?
