sorry i am not in the loop.. .the only system i ever had and still have is super nintendo. can this game be played on the wii system that is now like 200? is there only 1 system?

im definitely getting this thanks for the review! do you know if you can make a routine so you dont have to pause between strength training and yoga exercises to select the next one?

i'm not sure what the time in between is like but I know you can make up your own or use the pre-made targeted workouts

If you use Wii Fit Plus, you can eat all the CHEEZ-IT's you want :)

I have a wii fit plus and all the games are fun so go out ang get one of these because I actually lost 4lb just playing this game.
