The reason why I made the video to be only 5 minutes long is because I wanted to see how well I can record my PSP screen with remotejoy, but using Camtasia to do the actual recording. It works better than I expected.
Song used in this video: Cosmos by Your Favorite Enemies.
Game Tips/Help/Etc.
- This is the first Final Fantasy game to totally abandon the idea of EXP points to level up. Obviously, it didn't work out very well. However, elements from this game such as equipping two weapons at the same time have been added to its successors.
- Strength of Black magic and White magic is determined by Intelligence for BM and Spirit for WM. If you want someone to have black magic, I recommend you use Maria as she has the highest intelligence out of the three player characters you start off with. For white magic, I recommend you use Firion or Guy, because the maximum limit for spells is 16, and I suggest keeping Maria for Black magic. I prefer Firion, but the choice is up to you.
- Your maximum HP can be increased in one of two ways: A) Lose a lot of HP in battle (Hint: You can attack yourself) or B) Participate in a very long battle.
I recommend choice A. Your maximum Mana Points (MP) increase in a manner very much alike with HP, so go crazy. Also, the more you use a spell, the more its level increases. This will be demonstrated in future videos.
- Your white magic starts off very inaccurate, which can be a bother until you get your spirit up. Your spirit increases when you use a lot of white magic in battle. Esuna, a spell that removes status afflictions that last outside of battle uses a slightly different method. It DOES gain more accuracy with your spirit level, but it doesn't get rid of most status afflictions other than poison and darkness unless you level it up. To do so, just use it a lot of times in battle.
- Unlike future installments of Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy II, and Final Fantasy III use an actual turn-based battle system, instead of Active Time Battle (ATB). There are no limit breaks, so don't expect finding a limit meter, gambit system, overdrives, or anything like that. But, there is a way to tell whether or not your party attacks first or not. at the top of the screen, when you enter a random encounter, it will say one of three things: A) Pre-emptive strike (Your party attacks first) B) Back Attack (Opponents strike first) and C) Nothing.
- I used a Japanese copy of this game (Which explains why confirm is the O button instead of the X button.) You have the option of changing the language between English, Japanese, or Japanese Kana. The language by default is Japanese, but the start menu screen will be whatever language is set on save slot 1.
CAN I PLAY THIS ON 3000?/ PLZ ANSWER THIS GAME IS MY CHILDHOOD

@belekas71 First, don't use words like "plz answer" or "urgent." That pretty much makes people less likely to help you. Second, don't use all capital letters as it's considered shouting on the internet. You can get banned off of forums and IRC rooms because of that.
Third, yes you can play this game on the PSP 3000 as UMD, PSN EBOOT.PBP and ISO (ISO only available if you hacked your PSP.)
