Skyrim - Tutorial - Finding the Dragon Shout: Slow Time

This is a guide to showing you how to get the shout "Slow Time". The dungeon in which it is in is relatively straight forward. There are only a few weak imperials and afew drougrs. One monster worth mentioning is the Drougr Deathlord. Killing him is a necessity. If you wish to see a guide on the dungeon comment below or send me a message. @TheFrosty692 If you're in the stormcloaks it's reasonably early on. About 2 or 3 quests in. If you're imperial, I don't know, sorry. I never play imperials

@doomguy242 Go to the shouts menu after presssing start then highlight the shout that u want to power up with ur shitload of dragon souls u havent used yet and then u tap A to use the souls to power up the shouts that havent been powered up, hope that helped

I didn't get "Time" from that wall... I got it from a different wall and now have the glitch that stops be from learning the other two words of the Slow Time shout... I got given the quests to unlock the power on a slow time wall and it won't unlock for me...

How do I get that quest? Anyone know? Is it part of the main story line?
