i have 8-4 Marquez, with the knock down it would be 115-111 Marquez, maybe 114-112 if i give Barrera the first round that was very close. I think Marquez won but 118-109 is just too much difference.

Excellent fight by two skilled technicians. Barrerra worked well behind the jab, but it was not enough to keep JMM from coming in. One helluva fight to see, JMM is the best finisher in boxing today--he has consistently ruled the lightweight division and is hands down one of the best Mexican boxers of all time!

JM Marquez ganó sin lugar a dudas, dio los mejores golpes, es un maestro del ring, Barrera fue mi gran idolo cuando derroto a el principe Nassem Hamed pero despues vinieron las peleas contra terrible Morales donde nunca me agrado su boxeo tan sucio. Marquez won clearly again! what the hell is Lederman seeing? Obviously protecting Golden Boy´s best interest at that time! Barrera was looking for a rematch against Manny the following year.. I had Marquez winning for 3 rounds at least, the power, clearest beautiful punches were thrown by Marquez all night long.
