We need our Unions, teachers and groups like the Angry Tired Teachers to help fight for fair pay to set an example to their students who might want to become educators themselves one day.

It's just too easy to blame economic problems on the dept. of Ed. and unions.

The root of the problem is that a high percent of kids who don't graduate end up on the street or in jail.
