One of the biggest "Fads" seen today with athletes is the wearing of these hologram bracelets. Do they work? Will they improve your performance or is good old hard work and dedication the best solution for top results. Watch and see..

  • As far as do they work, no they don't. Even Powerband has come out saying they don't work. This does not mean the concept may not have some validity, and I am sure BigBos friend is truly feeling something, I like things that can be proven over and over and repeated time after time and I have not found this to be true. Sorry

  • Jos4pope, seriously, "the body doesn't reacty to frequencies"? where have you been in the world of sports medicine. Holograms can emit a frequency but so can a battery and yes they do affect the cells. Much has been written on this, even a noble prize was won on the discovery of cellular frequecies. Forensic medicine uses machines to identify a cellular frequency of a substance to determine what it is. I can only show a little bit on a youtube video, can't get into too much detail.

  • did anyone watch the video? Its explained why the initial test works and then why the bands won't work long term. The company has even come forward to say they are a sham. Has nothing to do with mental thinking, sorry

  • if you still think these things work, Try the test with a regular wrist watch. Take your watch off for about an hr then try the test and use your watch and watch your muscles "get stronger". Any new freq will "work"

  • Maybe they will work if you pray hard enough.

  • @bboyvietstylez ...well scientist proved back in the days of jesus that the human body is actually three grams heavier on the right side, this information was hidden away from the people by the illuminati and intergalactic jewish space lizards untill the year 2012 came about and they set about their plot of re-balancing the human race with 3 gram bracelets in a bid to offend god almighty by suggesting that he fucked up..do the maths, 2012. 20+12 = 34, 3+4 = 7. 7 = death in 2012.

  • i find the fake ones work just as well, if not better, and ofcourse they are cheaper leaving me with more money to buy bricks to put into my back pack ..

  • @straatman12345 ..i can do the thing grabbin my nut sack

  • I agree with Straatman12345, it's psychological -.-

  • This 'bracelet' does not do anything what it does do, is give you more physcological belief in the band that it will work and in doing so you can probably perform a little better because of the trust in the bracelet, but I could believe in my watch and have the same results?

  • Where's the fucking hologram?

  • My friend old me to stand on one foot and stick my arm out. So I did. He then pushed on my arm. I asked him "what the fuck are you doing and why?" He then gave me a rubber band and told me to hold it and he did it again. My arm felt lighter and I found it easy to resist his push. I have an injured back and knee so balancing on one foot is very difficult I found it easier witht he band. He didn't tell me what the band was so there was no placebo effect as I didn't know what was going to happen.

  • this guy is wrong i have a monster edition bracelet and that works

  • This has nothing to do with frequencies; from the sun or objects or anything else. Things don't give off frequencies in the nebulous new-agey way you're using the term here. I honestly would never trust a doctor that exhibited this sort of magical thinking. What's probably going on is the placebo effect and just the power of suggestion and confirmation bias.

  • @winglessblog you forget that he uses the term Frequency to mean electromagnetic radiation too.
