@nyc69singer there are absolutely no films with the Cats. There are a couple with the Warriors. One where they play Canada and one against the TBirds. Dang Bill Griffiths has the games on the old reel to reel film and didn't think they'd be worth anythinbg so they ended up rotted and molded. There are some decents parts and ways to try to fix the moldy parts. Probably wouldn't be able to get a whole game but could get some clips from different games.

When I was a kid back in the 70's my folks used to take us to the Olympic auditorium to watch the Roller Derby on Sat nights or Sunday afternoons in LA. My GF and I used to hang out outside the locker room doors to talk to the skaters as they came out. Ronnie Raines, DannyReilly, Raphie Valadarez and Honey Sanchez, LeRoy Gomez, just to name a few. Enjoyed the memories thanks

woodyt56 - you're right on the skaters you listed but this footage was from the late 70's/early 80's and Dick Lane was long gone.

I recognize some of those guys, Ronnie "Psycho" Raines and big Danny Reilly. Early 70s Roller Games, the announcer was Dick Lane.
