those who are engaging her should be punished for that. She has a unique bad taste, a rare horrible tecnique and looks like a fake Bartoli way too much out of date..

At least bad taste and trash way of singing Baroque music is reaching once happy German countries: Kermes' so called "style", her terrible prononciation of the sublime Italian lyrics, her trivial gestures are a good example of a general decline of the glorious German lyric tradition. Maybe forty years ago this type of performance could be barely appreciated at an operatic concert at Denver or Las Vegas, today it's perfect for a Berliner audience

what is wrong with you people? if you can't stand her, why are you watching her videos? this is a beautiful aria, as much as i like period instruments it sounds brilliant with the modern orchestra and Kermes's singing is spectacular. if you don't like it, go somewhere else.
