Susana Martinez has built a reputation for being a tough prosecutor, but is she tough in the courtroom or just tough on the law? She currently has a case pending before the Third Judicial District Court that is quite questionable.

It is apparent she has forgotten her oath to protect and uphold the laws of the United States.

We feel no person should be punished for exercising their rights guaranteed by the First Amendment and no one should be held to answer a charge that is profoundly fabricated.
