agree for 100% if they could hold on to the team they have now they can win prices... one of ajax other big problems is the players they buy and the salaries they pay thats also one of the main reasons they need the money

Yeah well that is the point - you won't win anything by selling your best players when they peak just to get new talents in, wait for them to peak, and then sell them before they pay you pack, for all the hard work you've put into them, with trophies.

Ajax held onto Cruijff and Van Basten and many others for enough time for them to pay the club back with either trophies in Europe or at home, why can't this be the case with todays players ? Because they've gone stupid and greedy.
