  • what amazes me is that needed to be explained to people.

  • @IC1101 Once upon a time, the Islamic world was the most advanced culture. Once upon a time, the Western world was an intellectual backwater. Things change, however. Some cultures have progressed, some have regressed. To which culture will stake your lot, IC1101?

  • I think there s a big problem cos japan soldiers need totaly respect!!.......

cos either them had an holocqust!!huss

  • @Saukko31 I didn't know the quote either. Still, I understood what Thunderf00t was saying though. The original metaphor is quite obvious, whether you have heard it or not.

  • Yeah, well said.

I immediately saw through DawahFilms' empty statements about him just wanting to speak out against Tf00t's "call for genocide" against innocent Muslims.

Instead of supporting Tf00t, he decided to lash out on him for speaking against death threats aimed at South Park creators.

That should have been obvious from the get go, but apparently, you needed to clear things out for those Tf00t's flip-flop "supporters" who moan about Tf00t becoming "militant and radical atheist". Lamers...

  • Yep that really sums it up quite nicely

  • Excellent video, I was amazed how people didn't know that quote.

  • Everyone on both sides of this whole 'brewhaha' should watch this video... mandatory!

And yes - it's pretty sad that this needed to be explained, but thanks for doing it insightnew !

  • @erinra Lets hope so

  • @MrCommentingisfun Many people are 'racist' against Muslims out of mere prejudice, but I see your point.

Islam won't be like it is today forever; change will come this half-millennium, guaranteed. ;)

  • @erinra The issue is that a race of people cannot be judged according to their race.

This isn't the case with religion. If your holy book tells you to kill non-believers, apostates and gays, and you say you believe that book and follow its edicts, I have every right to make a judgement call based on that.

Moreso with Islam than with many other faiths, as it purports to instruct every aspect of one's life. If you take it seriously, you will be "too Muslim to be anything else"

  • @MrCommentingisfun I actually see no problem with religions claiming race. Race is a mostly sociological concept anyway, isn't that what the scientists always say? ;)
