oakland dam susquehanna, pa

susquehanna river. if someone had posted this before, i would have had a better time when I was floating up to it. fear of the unknown had me scared and I had to reverse it because it was too late to portage. although it's not great there is car access under the bridge in susquehanna, pa on the east side. there is a great access 1 mile south of the ny/pa border on the west side.
