It's a Python script. If you are using Active Directory, you're going to have to play with the registry for every single computer in your domain. What it does is import/export a CSV file to Google, and sychronizes it backwards and forwards.
This does NOT create a 'shared contacts' list and this only shares your personal contacts over... unless you know how to write scripts and understand Google's API and create a 'connector' to link users. Simple solutions: use floreysoft contacts share.
Probably what I am suggesting is more for users that are using Google Apps Enterprise or Educational editions.
