Joe has the moral courage to stand up for what he believes, and he believes there is something wrong with the Afghanistan mission. CNN

  • Welldon Joe :)

  • afghan dont like us there" duh.

  • @MrFooknuts Fair enough. I still agree with the anti-war message though, even if the guy is a dick. Cheers

  • @CalumGilhooly Yes he was, I've no problem with his anti-war stance, or anyone's views, I just don't like this man using it as an excuse, he's been Awol for ages and had to return to the UK, and instead of coming back to face the music like a man he tried to pass himself off as a conscientious objector, he took the money, did the crime and didn't want to do the time, the man is a disgrace.

  • @MrFooknuts, was this man really just a supply depot squaddie? Even so, his work is vital to keep the troops supplied and fighting an illegal/immoral war. Ideally UK people should withold all their taxes that are being used to fund the war as we are all responsible at the moment as long as we just go with the flow.

  • What did you do Glenton from your forklift in a huge camp miles away from the conflict?

What imoral acts did you take part in which were wrong? Did you drop a pallet, or nick a mars bar from the EFI in Camp Bastion?

You lying trog, the more you persist in lying the more of a joke you become to people who know, rather than gullable civvies, I'm anti-war but that's after I've seen good men die, and locals killed by the Taliban, not from witnessing imoral acts, I saw none, I don't like liars.

  • @nebula88 Not at all, but after 9 years maybe it's time to realise the response to it was ill-conceived at best, and at worst, outright illegal military aggression disguised as justice, in pursuit of oil and natural gas profit. Whatever way we look at it, the bodies were stacked waaay too high right from the start, and as time goes on, they're getting still higher. It's time to end it.

  • @gezvic You're right, they don't. Luckily for us, their are a few heroes like this man who stand up for what they believe in, and refuse to blindly follow the orders of men who seek power and wealth at the cost of hundreds of thousands of lives.

  • thank you joe. very brave young man.

  • He is what a REAL HERO is! I take my hat off to him!! Thank you Joe Glenton for being honest!!
