How to Fix Portal 2 "Could not Load Library Client" ERROR

Both versions, steam and non-steam, works with this fix, but you must check first your portal 2's folder size (must be around 10 and 11GB)... if it is, that means the only files that are missing in the folder are the bin (or client) files!!!

*Original portal 2 client files must be extracted to your portal 2 directory (if you're running portal 2 on steam, it should be in your steam directory)
