  • Wow, I'm surprised Moment in Black by Funeral didn't show up on here. That is probably the most depressing song I've ever heard.

  • @LamentedxSoul Monolithe, on the other hand, while not as bleak presents an absolutely overwhelming completely ominous atmosphere

  • @LamentedxSoul i view the glass womb as the most depressing because of the combination of glazed atmosphere, bleakness, and the 'sighed' vocals and guitars which really just make for something that isn't only bleak, but dripping with longing and emotion. i had a lot of evoken and shape of despair in part 3 and 4, they were pretty high up. often you have to really listen to these more atmospheric songs on high to really get the feeling they convey
