for hair, you should use vezon's cape (it was also used on karzani too)

if you have another tos nuvs chest piece and put a metru chest piece at the bottom like kylernuva like and for the hair use baraki takadox claws

I would love to help but, I'm not good at making female MOCs. If I were to help I would make something too bulky then it would look like a male MOC. I also FAIL with hairstyles. Sorry :(
