  • Graduate students of the game, Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman have taken their degree from the greatest musician (besides Patrice Rushen) to form music & lyrics (in my opinion). These two have a special core with Cole, Susanna, Carla and drop-in help by Jesse Johnson, make a magical force in today's music scene. The girls don't make a loud noise, they sell their music from their website and depend on the reliability of their hardcore fans to keep them visible due to songs as masterful as this.

  • I read in an article that when asked who Prince forms his style of playing guitar after he said, "Wendy Melvoin, I always wish I could play like her."
