Hate to disagree and with no disrespect to Neil at all but I'd put John Entwistle up top followed by John Paul Jones. No question Neil and Rush are one of the tightest sounds out there but Entwistle on 5:15 is beyond anyone in my opinion. I guess that's why they call them opinions......

Rush = Real Rock, with real lyrics, awesome guitar work

Today's "rock" is fake rock, with the same blueprint lyrics and rock beat/guitar patterns used over and over again by different singers. people who can't play or sing worth crap. All the male "rock" singers pretty sound the same these days. Rush and a lot of the older groups were Real. God I love Rush, I started listening to them when I was 15, im a young person and I LOVE RUSH! Oh, and I'm a Girl
