Message for 20 March Equinox PART 1

This simple message about the 4 elements comes through my guides often -- apparently we need a lot of reminding to connect with them! They say there is ALCHEMY -- magical transformation -- in the cells of our bodies when we do this consciously and in gratitude. What this actually means is that we allow ourselves to receive healing from Mother Earth when we connect ourselves with the elements in this way -- we are actually made of water, air fire and earth elements, and connecting with these elements in nature and from the sun heals and rejuvenates the cells of our bodies. What a joyful way to heal ourselves -- especially at the seaside! 
Practise the 7 Direction Meditation often in the period leading up to the 20th March -- this will bring the sense of the spirits of north, south, east & west -- and also of the 4 elements very powerfully into your consciousness. Then you will be able to lead ceremonies effectively without help, and be able to make a sacred altar wherever you are on the Earth plane, at any time.
