When I take my blood pressure I take 3 readings and average them. Then do that over 3 days and take the average of all 3 days.
At one point I had blood pressure that was up at 180/120 as an average! I managed to cure my own hypertension, today I am down at 115/70. And I have created a guide at highbloodpressurecures.info that includes the vitamins, minerals, diet and methods that I used to heal myself.

I've like had a lot of sewer food lately, mean fastfood, and sodas. My blood pressure was taken at the dentists and it was up up and away, like 165. I'm worried, but I have torouble eating better since its hard to get to the preparation of the meals for me
