Sarah Palin: A Better Debater Than You Think

A better debater? Oh, come on.

She's been prepped for this and uses notes.

But there's no knowledge behind that speech - and no curiosity and no desire to learn or to educate herself.
She's ignorant and condescending of educated, intelligent "elitists" but ambitious enough to use whatever means she has to get what she wants.

Just look up some videos of her rallies:
"Her" audiences are mobs chanting "Obama is a terrorist!" and "Kill him!"
And she just smiles...

showing her make speeches doesn't prove she is a good debater. what constitute a debate are two opposing sides with questions as well as answers.
though these examples may be good evidence that she is a capable debater, they're not valid unless you have the entire argument.

wow, without tina fey imitating her and making fun of her accent, she looks a LOT smarter (not that I ever doubted it). Now I'm remembering why I wanted McCain to pick her in August.....She has some REAL potential.

The problem is Sarah Palin was picked by John McCain she was not voted in. So if you are saying she isn't ready and you are not in politics why didn't John McCain with all of his experience make that same assessment. And what does that say about what type of President he would have been if he couldn't even recognize that she was not ready to lead this country in the event he couldn't when regular Americans did.

he was convince by many, his mistake! i feel bad for her...i always said a leader acting as a sidekick is no good even if that person was meant to be the hero! she needs time! i'm a republican/democrat/independen t...i sometimes dont even know what i am. i lean towards the right but sometimes have ideas that swing both ways. i just go with whats right and stay away from the wrongs. i believe in her!...

...she thinks almost exactly like me. i disagree with her gay marriage views and religious views, because i'm not religious at all. but agree in almost evrything else! i can't even kill a cockaroach, much less a moose, but i like her because she loves this country, she shows it! she likes people and cares about them. she's smart even though people make her look dumb! there arent stupid politicians, just politicians who care and politicians who dont care...she cares! and thats what matters!

Because American voters are uneducated.

They play the "blame the party" scapegoat game instead of assesing and individual candidates record. They are so eaily swayed by a Adolf Hitler type good speaker who can make empty promises that to this day remain empty and some turned out the opposite.

Sarah Palin has more executive experience in one bone than Obama, Biden, or even McCain in that matter have put together.

Her executive experience would only be relevant if Palin, Obama, Biden and McCain was running for Govenor of Alaska. There is a big difference between state government and national government. Our great Presidents who were govenors were not great because they had executive experience, they were great because they were knowledgeable about the world outside of their own states. They actually understand politics on the national level, they payed attention to what was going on in the country.

Yes I do agree to an extent. But lest face it nowadays elections are more like popularity contests and who can unconver the most skeletons in the closet of their opponent or get the people to feel sorry for them.

I understand what you're saying. I never though she was ready! but i know her potential. she went from city council in 1992 to mayor then governor. thats many, many more years than obama. i believe if she really puts her head into it, 2, 3, 4 years maybe more.. she will be one HECK OF A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENCY! 2012, or 2016, she will be ready! I also blame McCain, I love him, but there were mistakes done! and Palin had to deal with them :-(
