@BolledyretM well, being happy all the time ignoring the fact that some people do live like that isn't God-ish to. Yes, feeling bad for them won't help them, but it is still better than forgetting completely about them. As much people do think about them, the higher possibility that someone will help them. And if you will simply block everything that is bad from you, you will never do anything that is good.

This song hurt me when I listen to it for the first time. The images reveal some meanings of this song for me. I was raised to believe in God but in the same time to be very happy helping others, I did my best in my life. Some say that helping others is a kind of egoism, I think that it is necessary sometimes (but difficult), to help other people suffering. It still hurts because I had many pains my whole life and because for the first time in my life I was helped by others a few weeks ago.
