Tim Ferris has an amazing philosphy on work life balance. the 4hr work week inspired me quite a bit. I hear so many of those questions over and over again and feel where your coming from. Great Vid!

you are such an inspiration it lights up my day just listening to your take on things. I think your completely right about the gear questions and that good gear is necessary if you want good results but I also think that if you get too much gear your endangering your creative process because the more gear you have the less time you will take to sit down and really perfect your abillities with the stuff that you already own!
