but Connie Nielsen is also lucky cause usually the girls from these regions dont age well (at all). so she's something of an exception

In Gladiator, she should have acted the same way she did in Devils Advocate: Being nude in almost every scene.

@pratorrian probably because she's from Denmark. All those women from the scandinavian countries like Denmark, Norway and Sweden are beautiful. Even the royal families from those countries. Princess Madeleine of Sweden is the most beautiful of all the European royal women.

Connie Nielsen wore several rings for this movie but there is one ring she bought at an antique store. It's a 2000 year old signet ring. Does anybody know which ring it is? All I can find is that she wore the ring in the movie because it came from that time but nobody mentions which ring it is or shows any photos of it from the movie. I thought I knew which ring it was but I saw someone else in the movie wear one like it, so it can't be it.

She is FANTASTIC I have seen her over and over in the last scene of Gladiator. She is great, I think she does not get hire often in Hollywood cause she's most serious and less commercial. Maybe the big audience do not appreciate her.
But. who cares, she is dreamily.
