In Bak Sil Lum this form is called "Lien Bu Chuan" (continous-or linked-steps) and is taught in the Ku Yu Cheung Lineage. It's famous for being taught to the nationalist army.

This is very similar to the dragon fist form that we do at my school. a lot of differences, but very similar at the same time.

Not bad at all! But its good - imho - to enrich stationary positoions with blocking and coilling movements
