@MikeyBraidey Because, Einstein, maybe the program was specifically optimized for a specific line of processors like the AMD Athlon/Phenom series so it operated better on that?
Raw power doesn't mean scrap if the software you intend to run isn't coded for it. It CAN play this with 120+ frames per second but that doesn't mean that the emulator itself is written to get that from this processor.

@rooo1o wow you buy some of the most state-of-the-art hardware, and yet you don't even know what it can achieve (sigh) but yes it will.

@Mertazord You do have a point, but...You know I tried this, but I got lag in SpiderMan 3 for PS2. Sometimes it drops to 25 fps and then the voices are messed up...

@rooo1o The processor is the single most important thing, because it does practically all of the work. and you've got the cream of the crop. I can emulate basically everything except Shadow of the Colossus at fullspeed on my 2.4GHz i5 (laptop with integrated graphics) so you'll be just fine mate.

Radeon 6950, Core i7 2600K, 8GB DDR3-1333, onboard audio (sigh)...Is this ok for this emulator?
