Space Adventure Cobra was a cool animation when I was child in Japan. The main target might be high-school kids. I was so surprised when I watched this on MTV while I was in a university in US. Thank you for post.

Richard Lloyd played with Sweet, both Hell and Lloyd were in Television, and neither are dead.

It's actually Robert Quine, who played with Hell in the Voidoids, and was playing along with Richard Lloyd in Sweet's band around this time.
