This is me having my frame removed after 5 long months recuperating from a bike accident. Excuse the swearing, it bloody hurts having those pins pulled out!
After the first three pins were removed, the remaining wires are cut, and the frame dismantled away from the leg. The wires are then slid out in the same way as in the video.
I am inhaling a nitrogen/oxygen mix (Entinox), which to be honest does jack all to help with the pain, but does make you feel a little drunk.

@TheClark918 well, i had the frame on, and the bone just would not grow, so instead of bone grafting straightaway to get bone growing, they just arsed about, it wasnt until the 5 month mark that they grafted it, and then it was a slow process from there

bloody nightmare things arnt they lol ... mine was onlky ment to be a 6 month job .. its turned into a 14 month :L

Hey there i am super sorry you had to go through this.... I myself just had surgery and had to get one on my right ankle in December. I have a huge long road ahead of me i know. Ummm i was wondering if we could maybe talk sometime??? I was wondering if you had facebook?
