  • I bought a set of wheel covers, and I could only get one of them on! All the other ones would have one portion of it, just not sliding into position on the wheel. Is it because the first one Installed, was on a wet wheel? Do the steel wheels sometimes need to be doused with soapy water, to help get them on? Because my wheels have a bit of surface rust that is probably causing the wheel cover tabs to catch. What do you think?
