I love Aretha and this has always been one of my favorites.
This was co written by Burt Bacharach and Carole Bayer Sager when they lived in Bel Air together, She may not be a household name, but Carol is a very talented writer as well, and looked great in a bathing suit at their pool overlooking LA, while working on Arthur's Theme (Christopher Cross).
Aretha really does justice to this great song, as she always does. Get well soon Aretha, you have many people all over the globe who love you.

Always loved this song. I'm a bigger LaBelle fan, but I think of the two duets Mikey did with these legends, this was the more superior. God bless Mikey for putting up with both of these crazy divas.
It took me years to say this and I can't believe I'm saying it at all. I think I actually prefer Aretha's version to the original by Siedah Garrett from "Baby Boom". Aretha and Michael just really go at it vocally. The recorded version of this song is simply sparkling with warmth and soul. Thanks so much for posting this live version, they are so good!!!!

It was written by Burt Bacherach for the movie Everchanging Times, and Siedah Garrett was the original. Sorry. Check the facts before you reply.
