In Mahabharat, Gandhari was a princess of Afghanistan. Shakuni, who was gandhari's brother, was said to be extremely handsome, extremely ferocious warrior.
Vedic Sanathan Dharma was practiced all over the world up until Mahabharat war, after which the living Aryans lost touch with one another. India held on it's glorious Arya past while all others collapsed.
