  • as u said in the video for sale ur selling it of thats how much i can find it for

  • @dolfanjoey Honestly I have no idea. The boxes for these subs are few an far between besides the 2 Prefab Boxes Boston makes for the speaker. it cost me a bit over 300 to have this box made and tuned at one of the premiere audio store in STL.

  • nice sys..im bout to put in a type x 10 with pwer acoustik 3000d (1300 rms, 2 ohm)..got a 01 ranger ext cab..want to go ported..which way should i have it firing?..ive heard that downfiring is the best option for a truck..wat u think?

  • @hotcarl06 Agreed, I have heard several folks who are into the SPL stuff and they all mention having it fired down for optimal output. the designer of this box had it on its side (port on the floor) firing directly in the cab sidewall. It sound louder like that than how it is in this video. My only thing is that if I am going to speed a couple grand on a system I want to be able to watch it move. And also as you can tell from these videos it is plenty loud simply facing up.

i got a X993 and a G5 in my s10 ext cab... i need some boston or polk speakers and a gt24 amp though

  • i had a 2.1 boston acoustics computer speakers with a 5" subwoofer and it sounded like shit

  • @calvinblinkee Or paid someone to do it for 1/3 of the price. Car audio forums got guys that build boxes for 100 shipped depending... But nice set up nonetheless. I hate it, but I don't frequent local shops anymore. Thank god for the internet.

  • @jason01020 You should have just built it yourself...save you a couple hundred...

  • that shit is poundin!

  • cool head unit. and wow I wasnt expecting that much sound

  • Nice, are you experienced with subs? How do these compare with circle and square subs?
