@p6a9u1l42 yep. Did you read the history book "Give Me LIberty". My school uses this in the alumni but even my 13 year old sister can sense the brainwashing in it. Thank God I changed school!!!
Seems that the Iranian regime is quite desperate. Strange, because there is no real threat (except the religious one of course). But you cant fight religious troubles with rockets. As you cant find the freedom with koran schools. On th elong run people will realize, that beliefs are shit.
However, Iran made a thin (3 times thinner than R7), relatively light two stage rocket to bring in orbit a satellite in 400 km LEO. For anyone who has a good understanding or rocket/missile technology... they know this is an insane step forward in technology. They technology is very advanced and can not be compared to R7.
You are mistaken. Stacking a missile (stacking refers to putting multiple rockets on top of one another to create an N stage rocket) will make the missile go further. This however, can even be done with a WW2 V2 rocket to reach very far distances. Even though the technology is 50 years old.
Old rockets/missile stack at least 3 stages and very thick, yet can only bring in orbit a light satellite or move a light warhead, this is because the technology used is not refined.
as per my knowledge, it is not the size but the range of the rockets is the best way to see the difference(ICBM, SRBM, IRBM, etc..) and it is how anybody measure the threat a rocket posses.maybe this information will add to your knowledge. even somebody has a short range ballistic missile, it can be fired from a submarine or a stealth aircraft.
GOD did not make that god dammit when do people grow up???

It was only one German scientist that helped America with our first rocket launch, his name was Wernher von Braun. He was the leader though.
