A sort of shoulder tutorialon ducking in and out on alternate shoulders

I was asked to make a tutorial, or rather to explain the shoulder duck out and duck in. I'm not good with words and I learn best with visual teaching...the words that I did add will get lost in compression. Hope it is helpful though. If it is no good I'll take it down. The musical soundtrack is by the wonderful Cat Empire, they are one of my favourite bands, it is called Two shoes

Your video is so fun! You, your son, the music,everything! I've only been able to do it with one shoulder. After watching this video today, I was so inspired...i grabbed my hoop right away and practiced passing it to the other shoulder with the same music. Happy to let you know that I succeeded! Dear Sharna Rose--Can't wait to try this now! Fantastic, very clear video, and thanks as usual for slowing it down for the faint of heart! BTW, the subtitles are a fantastic idea, but I think if the strip is pink, the lettering should be high-contrast, like black. Some of the tiny bits are hard to read. Also, I loved your son popping in and out of the vid. It's like what Caroleeena's parrot Mulder does, or what my kids would do, if I dared to make a hoop video. You are amazing!!!
