Hey this is my 5th workout following stronglifts dont look for workouts 1,2,3,and 4 because this is the first one videotaped.
Im doing 157 pounds squat
112 poounds bench
and 107 pounds barbell rows.
If you see anything wrong with techinique/ form let me.
