Anyone know how to turn on the lights in the crack in the wall in the cave?

Pick up the item at the beginning of the cave level.

It is beeping and flashing on the ground.

i wish i could experience this on the amiga when it was first released!

I'm stuck at the puzzle shape with the pieces on the wall. I have to fill in the middle part right? When I look at the shape on the wall it just has the outer pieces on the whole center section is blank. Looking at the 2 playthroughs on youtube they fill in the middle part.. when I do that nothing happens.. :(

Thanx for the help, but now I'm stuck on level with the dogs on one side and the fireball robot on the other lol! This game is a real puzzler, pretty good though, needs an autosave feature though
