  • @MrDevanteCPT well why didnt he?

  • MJ could have easily won 10 rings in the 90's

  • I think Reggie put it best: Jordan's skill level was so far ahead of everyone elses.

You can look at a player now, like Kobe, for example, and say "oh, wow, his moves remind me of Jordan's" and then proceed to start comparing the two--but you just can't do that. Jordan, in a way, revolutionized scoring, and only today are people starting to reach his level--barely.

Bird and Magic are great in that they were two of the most intelligent bball players ever.

  • I'm sorry, but should the question be rephrased to say "The Greatest, after Brian Scalabrine"?

  • If I were to start a franchise with any player it would be Hakeem. People talk about players single-handedly taking a team to the championship, but Hakeem was the only one to actually do it AND he did it in back to back seasons. Of course he has the most rebounds but people don't realize he was, at one time, top 7 all time in steals. A center top 7 in steals? That's skill.

Also that dream shake. He could juke any center. Hell, he could juke anyone and take it strong to the hole or shoot the J.

  • @Domini478 i meant mj is second in steals. i don't think u really could define greatest ever cause what do you measure it by? There are a handful of players that one could make an argument for. Both of them being one of them.

  • @TheApologetist MJ is the greatest! How can you say Olajawon is the greatest when he won his two only championships when MJ had retired? Olajawon wouldn't have won shit if MJ wasn't retired.

  • top 5 in almost any order

    Olajuwon,Mj,Magic,Scottie,Wilt

  • @Domini478 i think he's second actually

  • @Funpants94 Haul ass...Magic was not a great defender. Larry was pretty alright on defense. MJ was a shut down defender...ole dumbass! He was defensive player of the year in 1988 and he was on 9 all NBA defensive teams(NBA record). MJ is third on the all time NBA's steals list. MJ is the best defender. Ole dumbass! And MJ can rebound!
